andretrievethekey(30)fromthedrumdriveshaft(5).
6.Removethenut(1)andwasher(2)thatsecurestheouterdrumhub(3)to
thedrumdriveshaft(5).Slideandremovetheouterdrumhub(3)andV-ring
seal(4)fromthedrumdriveshaft(5).Locateandretrievethekey(30)from
thedrumdriveshaft(5).
7.Iftheballbearings(6)aretoberemoved,useapresstoremovetheoil
seal(10),ballbearings(6),bearingspacer(7),springwasher(9)anddrum
driveshaft(5)fromthedrumdrivehousing(25).Discardtheballbearings
afterremoval.
8.Removethenut(17)andbearingpin(31)thatsecuresthespurgear(20)to
thedrumdrivehousing(25).
9.Removethespurgear(20)andbearingspacer(34)fromthedrumdrive
housing(25).
10.RemoveanddiscardtheO-ring(32)fromthebearingpin(31).
11.Ifthespurgearbearings(19)aretoberemoved,removetheretainingrings
(18)anduseapresstoremovetheballbearings(19).Discardthebearings
afterremoval.
12.Removetheretainingring(28)andoilseal(27)fromthedrumdrivehousing
(25).Discardtheoilseal(27).Removetheretainingring(26)fromthespur
gear(21).
13.Useapresstoremoveballbearings(23),spurgear(21)andwavewasher
(24)fromthedrumdrivehousing(25).Discardtheballbearingsafter
removal.
14.RemoveanddiscardtheO-ring(29)fromthedrumdrivehousing(25).
