ofawalk-behindgreensmower,performthe
followingsteps:
A.Installthebelt-driveassemblytothecutting
unitusingthe3boltsthatyouremoved
previously(Figure8).
B.Installthepulleytothereelshaftusingthe
2setscrewsthatyouremovedpreviously
(Figure7);torquethesetscrewsto8.4to
8.9N∙m(74to79in-lb).
C.Installthebeltandtightenthebelt-tensioning
nut(Figure6).
D.Installthebeltcoverandtightenthecaptive
bolt(Figure6).
5.Ifyouareinstallingthekitonacuttingunit
ofaTriFlexmachine,installthemotormountto
theleftendofthecuttingunitusingthe2bolts
thatyouremovedpreviously(Figure5).
6.Torquetheboltsto20to26N∙m(175to225
in-lb).
