System Startup
1. With the engine running, water supply connected
• The transport wheels up (3000 only).
• The accumulator is charged to 2500 PSI.
• The cycling valve is closed.
2. The operator must set the throttle to high idle. 3500 ± 50
3. The operator presses the red engage button.
• When the engage switch is pushed the pump starts to pump.
• The cycling valve is closed so the pump forces water into the accumulator.
• The accumulator is half full of nitrogen and water.
• The water pressure builds to 5000 PSI and the relief valve opens.
4. The timer module engages the cycling valve clutch after about 5 seconds.
• The cycling valve open about 5.3 times a second.
• Water flows through the cycling valve to the high-pressure manifold and out the nozzles.
