      If a boom section on your Toro Paint Sprayer does not turn off, stop the spray system and pump, and turn off the sprayer. Remove the retainer from under the boom valve and pull out the motor and stem. Inspect all parts and replace any that appear damaged, because the valve may be damaged.

      If you experience a pressure drop when you turn on a boom of your Toro Paint Sprayer, adjust the boom bypass valve if it is improperly adjusted. Also, remove the inlet and outlet connections to the boom valve and remove any obstructions if there is an obstruction in the boom valve body. Finally, remove and inspect all nozzles, because a nozzle filter might be damaged or clogged.

Also, release the parking brake or check the linkage, because the parking brake was not released or is not releasing. For other issues, contact your Authorized Service Dealer, as the transmission might be broken, the control linkage might need adjustment or replacement or the drive shaft or wheel hub key might be damaged.
