3. Align the pulley holes with the hole in the shaft.
4. Insert a pin punch into the pulley.
5. Insert the transmission into a vice or clamp to create
a solid surface for the pulley to rest on.
Pulley Removal (Cont.)
Replacement
1. Clean the shaft of any debris or rust. Slide the new
pulley into the shaft.
2. Tap the pulley into position
