Your Toro Lawn Mower engine may be losing power due to several reasons: * The engine load might be excessive, so reduce ground speed. * The air cleaner might be dirty, so clean the air cleaner element. * The oil level in the crankcase might be low, so add oil to the crankcase. * The cooling fins and air passages under the engine blower housing might be plugged, so remove the obstruction from the cooling fins and air passages. * The spark plug(s) might be pitted, fouled, or the gap is incorrect, so install a new, correctly gapped spark plug(s). * There is incorrect fuel in the fuel tank, so drain the tank and replace the fuel with the proper type.
