ReplacingtheFuelFilter
ServiceInterval:Every100hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)
Neverinstalladirtylterifitisremovedfromthefuel
line.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengage
thebladecontrolswitch.
2.Movethemotioncontrolleversoutwardtothe
neutralposition,engageparkingbrake,stopthe
engine,removethekey,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Thefuellterisinthefuellinebetweenthetank
andengine.
4.Turnfuelshutoffvalve90degreesto“off”position.
5.Squeezetheendsofthehoseclampstogetherand
slidethemawayfromthelter(Figure31).
6.Removethelterfromthefuellines.
7.Installanewlterwiththeowdirectionarrow
comingfromthefueltankandpointingtothe
engine.Movethehoseclampsclosetothelter
(Figure31)tosecureitinplace.
