Slow.Engagethechokebymovingtheleverpastthe
Fastsettinguntilitstops(Figure5).
BladeControlSwitch(PowerTake-Off)
Thebladecontrolswitch,representedbyapower
take-off(PTO)symbol,engagesanddisengagespower
tothemowerblades(Figure5).
HourMeter
Thehourmeterrecordsthenumberofhourstheblades
haveoperated.Itoperateswhenthebladecontrol
switch(PTO)isengaged.Usethesetimesforscheduling
regularmaintenance(Figure5).
FuelGauge
Thefuelwindowlocatedbelowtheoperatorposition
canbeusedtoverifythelevelofgasolineinthetank
(Figure6).

MotionControlLevers
Themotioncontrolleversarespeedsensitivecontrols
ofindependentwheelmotors.Movingaleverforward
orbackwardturnsthewheelonthesamesideforward
orinreverse;wheelspeedisproportionaltotheamount
theleverismoved.Movethecontrolleversoutward
fromthecentertotheneutrallockpositionandexitthe
machine(Figure3).Alwayspositionthemotioncontrol
leversintotheneutrallockpositionwhenyoustopthe
machineorleaveitunattended.
NeutralLockPosition
Theneutrallockpositionisusedwiththesafetyinterlock
systemtoengageanddisengagethemowerbladesand
todetermineneutralposition.
FootPedalDeckLiftSystem
Thefootpedaldeckliftsystemallowstheoperator
tolowerandraisethedeckfromtheseatedposition.
Theoperatorcanusethefootpedaltoliftthedeck
brieytoavoidobstaclesorlockthedeckinthehighest
height-of-cutortransportposition(Figure3).
Height-of-CutLever
Theheight-of-cutleverworkswiththefootpedalto
lockthedeckinaspeciccuttingheight.Onlyadjustthe
heightofcutwhilemachineisnotmoving(Figure3).
