2.Pullupalongtheoutsideedgeuntiltheaircleaner
snapsoutFigure34).
3.Inspecttheaircleanerandbrushoffanydirtor
debris.Cleantheenginearoundtheaircleanerarea.
Donotwashtheaircleanerorusepressurized
air,asthiswilldamagetheelement.
Note:Theaircleanerelementissurroundedbya
thinfoamsleeve.Ifthissleeveistornordamaged,
replacetheentireaircleaner.
Important:

thefoamsleeveorthe
aircleanerelement.Thiswilldamagetheair
cleaner.Ifthereisanyoilorheavydebrisonthe
aircleanerreplaceimmediately.
4.Installtheaircleanerbyaligningtheholeofthe
elementwiththeairventontheengine.
5.Pushtheaircleanerin,towardtheengineuntilthe
elementsnapsintoplace.
6.Installthecoverandtightentheknobs.
