5.Starttheengine.
Note:Engagetheparkingbrakeandmove
themotion-controlleversoutbeforestarting
theengine.Youdonotneedtobeintheseat
becauseofthejumperwirebeingused.Runthe
engineatfullthrottleandreleasethebrake.
6.Runthemachineatleast5minuteswiththe
motion-controlleversatfullforwardspeed
tobringthehydraulicoiluptooperating
temperature.
7.Bringthemotion-controlleversintotheNEUTRAL
position.
8.Adjustthepump-controlrodlengthsbyrotating
thedoublenutsontherodintheappropriate
directionuntilthewheelsslightlycreepin
reverse(Figure80).

11.Removethejumperwirefromwireharnessand
plugtheconnectorintotheseatswitch.
12.Removethejackstands.
13.Raisethedeckandinstalltheheight-of-cutpin.
14.Checkthatthemachinedoesnotcreepin
neutralwhenyoudisengagetheparkingbrakes.
