8. X-Y ZOOM
You can make copies with different reproduction ratios set for the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) directions
in the range of 25 to 400% respectively.
In the following cases, set the reproduction ratio in the range of 25 to 200%.
- When setting the “full color”, “auto color”, “twin color” or “image smoothing” mode.
- When placing the original(s) on the reversing automatic document feeder (optional).

Place paper in the drawer(s).

Place the original(s).

Press the [EDIT] button to enter the edit
menu, and then press the [XY ZOOM]
button.

Set the reproduction ratios for the X
(horizontal) and Y (Vertical) directions
respectively.
- Using the [25%] and [400%] buttons on the screen, set the
reproduction ratio for X and press the [SET] button. Similarly, set
the reproduction ratio for Y.

Press the [ENTER] button.
z Select other copy modes as required.

Press the [START] button.
