Is the stack feed roller (upper) home position sensor (PI12) working properly?

NO Replace the sensor.
YES
Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and feed motor (M1) correct?

NO Correct the wiring.
YES
Try turning the stack feed roller (upper) shaft by hand. Does the stack feed roller (upper)
move up/down normally?
#
NO Fix the mechanism.
YES
Try replacing the feed motor (M1). Is the problem corrected?
#
YES End.
NO
Replace the finisher controller PC board.
