I cannot print from my computer.
Check the following:
• IsthepowerturnedON?
• Isthepowercablepluggedin?Ifitisnot,turnthe
MAIN POWER switch OFF, and then plug the
power cable into an outlet.
• Isthenetworkcabledisconnected?Ifitis
disconnected, connect it to the network interface
connector.
• Hastonerorpaperrunout?
• Doesthesetnumberofpagesexceedthe
maximum allowed for the specific department or
user?

Client soware
“Devices are not discovered in your
network.” appears while installing
the printer driver.
If this equipment is not discovered on the network
while installing the printer driver, the following
message appears. See the following guide:

I cannot install the printer driver or
other soware.
Try the following and then reattempt the
installation.
• Uninstallanyexistingprinterdrivers.
• Quitresidentsowaresuchasantivirussoware.
• LogintoWindowsusinganaccountthatenables
installation, such as for administrators.
Can I register data in CSV file to
the address book?
Yes. You can register them from the AddressBook
Viewer or TopAccess. See the following guide:
