Function Key
Function Key
For an optional external keyboard only.
The Function option is disabled by default.
TOSHIBA Function Key enables you to activate functions by
pressing specific keys either singly or in combination with
FN,
(if attached to an external keyboard). Some functions show
the toast notification at the edge of the screen. These
settings turn notifications ON/OFF.
To access Function Key:
1 Swipe in from the right edge of the screen.
2 When the Windows charms appear, tap/touch the
Search ( ) charm and begin typing Function Key.
3 Tap/touch the
Function Key option.
The Function Key screen appears.

4 Slide the ON/OFF switch to enable/disable each
notification.
5 Tap/touch
Close.
