If your Toshiba Telephone displays a 'TEST FAIL' message, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the U-terminal is currently busy and try the test again when it's free. Also, ensure that the U-terminal is not in TQ/ACB/ACD mode. Verify that you've correctly entered the Strata CTX BRI PCB slot or circuit number. Finally, confirm that the U-terminal supports loop back testing, and inspect the BRI PCB and wiring for any defects.
