INGREDIENTS
1 head broccoli

1 cup carrots
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp Butter
Salt and black pepper
to taste
METHOD
1. Remove the stems from the broccoli, Wash
the vegetables as needed and chop them

carrots and 1 cup of sugar snap peas into
the air fryer steamer.
2. Steam the vegetables for about 8 minutes
or until done to your liking. Once done set
aside the vegetables whilst you make the
garlic butter.
3. Heat your saucepan over a mid-low heat,
melt 4 tbsp of butter and saute 1 tbsp of
minced garlic until fragrant. After a minute
season with salt and pepper to taste,
then stir to combine.
4. Now simply add the garlic butter to your
vegetables and enjoy!
