MOLTEN CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS
100g dark chocolate chips
100g unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 ½ tbsp sugar
METHOD
1. Met the chocolate and butter, continuously
stirring to avoid burning the chocolate.
lightly and set the mixture aside.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together
the eggs and sugar until light and frothy.
4. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and
sugar, slowly blending them together.
5. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe cup or
ramekin and place it inside the air fryer.
6. Use the Bake setting on the air fryer or turn
the air fryer on at 190ºC for 6 minutes.
7. Once baked serve immediately with
ice-cream.
