Adjustment of respective parts
[Standard]
A = 0.03 to 0.08 mm (Fig. 3)
* Make adjustment if the diagnosis result fails to
meet the standard.
[Adjustment]
1. Remove the face cover to see the adjuting
section.(See:page.45)
2. Loosen the adjustment shaft nut at the upper
part of needle and adjust by turning the
adjustment shaft.(Fig. 4)
Right turn increases the clearance.
Left turn decreases the clearance.
3. Tighten the nut.(Fig. 4)
* Repeat the adjustment till the standard is met.
