If you cannot access the internet, verify the internet connection is working by connecting a computer directly to the modem via Ethernet. If it is not working, contact your Internet Service Provider. Alternatively, open a web browser, enter http://tplinklogin.net and try to set up the router again. You can also try rebooting your router.
