Screen
The front panel of the V10 incorporates a screen which
provides information about the amplifier’s operational
state. Additional information can also be called up on the
screen when desired.
The meaning of the individual illuminated symbols is
listed in the table below.

a Recording monitor function switched on

Flashing indicator
Flashes when switched on:
Indicates power-on delay running
Flashes when in use:
Indicates that the protective circuit has tripped due to overheating or overloading
of the amplifier (see section 'Protective circuit').
c HEAT Valve heating switched on
d HV Main operating voltage (high voltage) switched on; amplifier ready for use
e SPKR Loudspeaker outputs switched on
f PHO Headphone output switched on
h BIAS Amplifier running with raised idle current
i Warning symbol:
Indicates that the valve operating time has elapsed, or that the BIAS setting requires
adjustment. To establish the reason for this indication press the INFO button briefly.

L / R
Indicates the displayed amplifier channel during the BIAS check (see INFO button)
l Glows when the remaining operating time is displayed (see INFO button)
m LED bar display for BIAS and remaining operating hours (see INFO button)
