A four (4) digit passcode is recommended.
Adjusting Temperature
Enter User Password:
Raise or lower temperature as desired.
Notes:
1. The thermostat restricts raising or
lowering the temperature beyond a set
amount – typically 3F.
2. The thermostat will maintain that
temperature for a set period of time –
typically 60 minutes and revert back to the
standard schedule
Occupied during all hours of operation.
Ensure that thermostat says Occupied during all
hours that the Kitchen is operating.
If the thermostat states Unoccupied during
operating hours, the thermostat needs
adjustment / reprogramming.
For proper operation of the restaurant, the
thermostat must be in the Occupied mode when
the exhaust fans are operating.
