How to Assemble the Nylon Spool
Make sure that the on/off switch is in the
“off” position and that the extension cord is
not connected to the power source.
Put the equipment on a flat surface with
thespool face-up and the handlebars face-
down.
Next, put the locking pin (1) into the
mounting hole on the washer (2) to coincide
with the hole on the blade's support base (3)
to lock it.
Next, attach the spool (4) to the quipment,
turning it counterclockwise.
Introduce the skirt (5) into the fitting guide (6)
until it locks.
Never use the equipment without the nylon

Warning!
Don’t use the nylon spool without the protection
skirt because that is where the cutting blade
that regulates the maximum length for the nylon
filament is found, which keeps the motor from
overcharging and consequent burning out.
How to Set the Nylon Filament Length
1
Disconnect the equipment from the power
source.
Pull off the spool face (1) and then turn it to
the left if you want more length and to the
right to shorten it.
If filament length exceeds the ideal size it
will be cut by the blade mounted on the
protection skirt.
