Pairing the My Triumph App
Android Devices
Pair the phone to the instruments, and
start the App on the phone.
iOS Devices
Note
iOS devices use two
Bluetooth
connections and require both
connections to be paired to use the App.
To pair the My Triumph App with the
motorcycle:
1. Pair the phone to the instruments,
see page20.
2. Start the My Triumph App on the
connected phone.
3. On the My Triumph App, select
Settings > Pairing Instructions.
4. In the Navigation section, press
ENABLE.
5. A message will be displayed on the
motorcycle instruments, press the
joystick centre to accept it.
A
Bluetooth
Pairing Request will be
displayed on the My Triumph App.
6. On the My Triumph App, touch Pair
to complete the pairing.
7. Press the HOME button to exit
menus.
After the My Triumph App and the
motorcycle have been paired, they
connect automatically whenever they
are within range, provided that the
phone has
Bluetooth
on and the
motorcycle has the ignition on.
Pairing a Headset
To pair a headset with the motorcycle:
1. Activate
Bluetooth
on the headset.
2. Make sure that the headset is in
Pairing mode.
3. Press the HOME button to display
the Main Menu.
4. Use the joystick to select Settings >
Bluetooth Devices > Pair Device.
The My Triumph Connectivity
Module searches for
Bluetooth
-
enabled devices within range.
To cancel the search, select Stop
Search.
5. When the headset is detected, use
the joystick to select it.
6. Select whether the headset should
be assigned to Rider or Pillion
(passenger).
7. Press the HOME button to exit
menus when successfully paired.
After the headset and the motorcycle
have been paired, they connect
automatically whenever they are within
range, provided that the headset has
Bluetooth
on and the motorcycle has
the ignition on.
If you are using two headsets, you need
to assign one to the rider and one to
the passenger when you pair them to
the motorcycle. You cannot change the
assignment using the menus: you have
to unpair and repair the headsets.
