 workoutresistance.IfyourcurrentheartrateislowerthanyourTargetHeartRate,theExerciseMonitorCPUwillautomatically
 increasetheworkoutresistance.

 TARGETHEARTRATE=85%xYOURMAXIMUMHEARTRATE
NOTE:
• Ifthereisnoinputsignalforover256seconds,thesystemwillenterSleepModeandalldisplayswillturnoffautomatically.
Simply re-starting or pressing any button will result in the LCD screen powering up again.
• Toconservepower,inProgramsP2–P10,ifyoudonotsetyourintendedexercisetime,pleaseremembertopushthe
 START/PAUSEkeytostopthesystemwhenyourhavecompletedyourexerciseroutine.
