IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

HEALTH WARNING

INSTALLATION

Set up on a level, stable surface. Ensure adequate ventilation and clearance space around the equipment.

PROPER USAGE

Use equipment as intended. Avoid injury by proper use. Operate one person at a time and maintain balance.

INSPECTION

Check for damage before use. Use genuine parts. Ensure all bolts are tight and labels are intact.

USER WEIGHT LIMITATIONS

Maximum user weight is 130 kg. Do not exceed this limit for safe operation.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1: FRONT AND REAR STABILISERS ASSEMBLY

Attach front and rear stabilisers to the main frame using specified bolts, washers, and nuts.

STEP 2: CONNECTING THE WIRES

Connect mid-sensor and tension wires. Slide upright post onto the main frame and secure it.

STEP 3: UPRIGHT POST ASSEMBLY

Insert swing rod posts into the upright post and secure them with bolts, washers, and caps.

STEP 4: PEDAL ASSEMBLY

Attach pedal rod posts and swing rod posts to the crank axis and secure with nuts, washers, and caps.

STEP 5: HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY

Attach pedals to pedal rod posts and handlebars to swing rod posts using bolts, nuts, and washers.

STEP 6: CONSOLE ASSEMBLY

Attach the mid-handlebar post to the upright post and connect the console using screws and wires.

Work within the target heart rate zone to build muscle and improve fitness. Maintain a steady tempo.
