Why is the heart rate displaying erratically on my True M50?
    • M
      Mark RodriguezSep 5, 2025
Erratic or absent heart rate readings on your True Treadmill can stem from several issues. Ensure the transmitter belt contacts are making good contact with your skin and that the contacts are moist. Also, make sure the transmitter belt is within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console. If the battery inside the transmitter belt is depleted, replace it with a compatible one. Another user nearby might be using a compatible transmitter strap, so try to increase the space between units. Environmental interference from high voltage power lines can also cause this; try moving the unit or the source of interference. If the source of interference is plugged into the same outlet move the suspect source to another outlet.
