Make sure the transmitter belt is within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console. 4. The battery inside the transmitter belt may be depleted, consider replacing the transmitter belt with a compatible one. 5. Another user wearing a compatible transmitter strap may be too close (within 3 feet/1 meter) to the unit; increase the space between units. 6.
