Leg Extension Pivot–Arm (#25) adjustment:
1. Grasp the Pivot-Arm (#25).
2. Pull the Push-Pull Pin 1/2 X 2 3/4 (#137) to releas
the Pivot-Arm (#25).
3. Keep the Push-Pull Pin (#137) released and adjus
the Pivot-Arm (#25) to the desired position.
4. Release the Push-Pull Pin (#137) and make sure i
fully engages into the selected hole of the Circula
Plate w/Axle (#16).
Used for Leg Curl Exercise. ♦ Used for Leg Extension Exercise.

Leg Extension Pivot–Arm (#25) Settings
Top Adjustable Leg Holder Tube (#32) adjustment:
1. Grasp the Foam Roll 2 X 5 1/2 X 16 (#51).
2. Pull the Push-Pull Pin 1/4 X 3 1/2 (#136) to release the To
Adjustable Leg Holder Tube (#32).
3. Keep the Push-Pull Pin 1/4 X 3 1/2 (#136) released and adjus
the Top Adjustable Leg Holder Tube (#32). to the desire
position.
4. Release the Push-Pull Pin (#136) and make sure it full
engages into the selected hole of the Top Adjustable Le
Holder Tube (#32).
Leg Extension Back Pad (#49) adjustment:
.Grasp the Leg Extension Back Pad (#49).
. Turn counterclockwise then pull the Turn Pull Pin w/Knob (#138) to
release the Back Pad Adjustable Tube (#47).
. Adjust the Back Pad (#49) to the desired position.
. Release the Turn Pull Pin w/Knob (#138) and make sure it fully
engages into the selected hole of the Back Pad Adjustable Tube
(#47).
. Complete the adjustment by turning the Turn Pull Pin w/Knob
(#138) clockwise.
