The T918 Electric Pallet Truck (Scale) is a battery-powered industrial vehicle designed for efficient and safe material handling. It utilizes an AC drive system for electric driving and lifting, offering characteristics such as labor-saving operation, lightweight design, high efficiency, smooth movement, simple operation, safety, reliability, low noise, and no pollution.
The primary function of this electric pallet truck is to transport and lift palletized goods, with an integrated scale for weighing. Its main weighing functions include zeroing, tare function, accumulation, unit exchange (between Kg and Lb), checkweighing, and battery voltage indication. It also features auto power off and power saving functions. The scale instrument displays the current weight after self-checking and allows for zero setting within an allowable range. The accumulation function allows for summing multiple weighing data, displaying "n001" for the first weight and incrementing up to "n999" after cyclic operations. Printing of the current weight is possible when the data is stabilized.
The pallet truck is equipped with an emergency stop switch for immediate power cut-off, located on the top of the vehicle body. A password lock function prevents unauthorized operation, with a factory default password of 1234 for operation and 3232 for administrator access. The handle display shows battery charge indication, with 10 cells representing 10% power each. The last two cells flashing indicate a low battery needing charge.
Driving and braking are controlled via the handle, which has three vertical areas (A, B, C). Moving the handle to area A or C activates emergency braking, while area B allows for normal travel. Regenerative braking is activated by returning the gas pedal knob to the 0 position or releasing it. The gas pedal knob controls driving speed in forward (FW) or backward (BW) directions. A "turtle speed" mode allows for slow-speed driving, activated by a dedicated button. An emergency reverse switch on the handle prevents the operator from being crushed by slowing down and reversing the vehicle.
The vehicle's direction is controlled by turning the handle left or right. Up and down switches on the tiller control fork movement, and a horn button is also present.
