8.4 Setting Tire Temperature Units
The receiver can monitor and display tire temperature in either ᵒF or ᵒC. The Setting Tire Temperature
Units setting allows the user to view, set, or modify the unit of temperature and standard temperature value
for each set of tires monitored on the receiver for the selected vehicle selection. If the Tire Temperature
Units setting is skipped, the default tire temperature values listed in step 8.4.3 will be used. Generally, the
default temperature setting is sufficient, but depending on your circumstances you may want to reduce
standard temperature value to common tire temperature settings of 158ᵒF or 167ᵒF (70ᵒC or 75ᵒC).
Once you have determined the standard tire temperature values that you would like to set, follow the
instructions below:
8.4.1 The Tire Temperature Units setting screen will list “ °C ” and “ °F ” temperature units on the lower-
right hand corner of the display screen.
