PREPARE SITE
Your U‑Line product has been designed for free‑standing
installation. The free-standing units require specic
clearances to run most eciently.
NOTE: Measurements in inches (mm).
CAUTION

Unit can NOT be installed behind a closed door.
CUTOUTS
This unit does not require cutout dimensions.
PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
Refer to Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3, for the
dimensions of the unit.
CLEARANCES
Maintain the following clearances when installing this unit:
• Make sure the unit is not installed near the following
sources of heat (and similar):
◦ Ovens
◦ Radiator
◦ In the path of direct sunlight
• Allow for a space of at least 11‑13/16” (300 mm)
between the back of the unit and any wall. This
distance helps to avoid condensation forming
• Make sure the motor is free of any obstacle
which could hinder or limit the circulation of the
condensing unit
• Allow for a space of at least 19 ‑11/16” (500 mm)
between the top of the unit and the ceiling (see
Figure 4)
• Make sure the environment allows for adequate
airow to guarantee cooling for the condenser and the
compressor unit (see Figure 5)
