Use only genuine U-Line replacement parts.
The use of non-U-Line parts can reduce speed
of ice production, cause water to overow from
ice maker mold, damage the unit, and void the
warranty.
Warranty parts will be shipped at no charge after U-Line
conrms warranty status. Please provide the model, serial
number, part number and part description. Some parts will
require color or voltage information.
If U-Line requires the return of original parts, we will
inform you when the parts order is taken. This
requirement will be noted on your packing list. A
prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Please
enclose a copy of the parts packing list and be sure the
model and serial numbers are legible on the paperwork.
