4. With a load of 75 kg on the vehicle, switch on the vehicle and with headlight
in low beam as shown.
5. The top-most brightest line of the head light low beam should be on the line
marked on the wall. If it is not coinciding, the head light beam height needs
adjustment. Fig 4 shows an improperly adjusted head light beam, where the
beam is below the marked line.
6. To adjust the head light beam height, open and remove the USD fork back
cover using Philips screwdriver as shown.
