Delete a phonebook name/number
1 Press to access the phonebook list.
2 The display shows the first alphabetical entry in
the phonebook.

to display the name for
the entry you want (or search alphabetically).
3 Press to access the phonebook menu.
4 Press or until
Delete Entry is
displayed and press .
5 Press or to select Yes .
6 Press to confirm deletion or press to
go back to the menu screen without deleting.
7 Press to exit and return to standby.
Copy phonebook names/numbers
1 Using the handset that you want to copy from,
press to access the phonebook list.
2 Press or to display the name for
the entry you want (or search alphabetically).
Or skip this step if you want to copy the whole
phonebook to another handset.
3 Press .
4 Press or to select
Copy Entry or
Copy All . Press .
5 Select a handset to copy to, press .
When the selected handset rings press
the key on the handset which is ringing,
the display shows Transfer Done .
Check available memory space
1 Press .
2 Press .
3 Press or to select
Information .
Press . The number of stored entries appears.
