Making a call (internal or external)
You can place a call in three ways
1
Using the handset
1. Pick up the handset
1. Enter the desired number
2. Press OK key

Using the hands-free speakerphone mode
1. With the handset on-hook enter the desired number
2. Press the Speakerphone Key
3
Using a connected headset
1. With the handset on-hook enter the desired number
2. Press the Headset Key
Answering calls
You can answer a call in three ways

Using the handset
1. Pick up the handset

Using the hands-free speakerphone mode
1. With the handset on-hook press the Speaker key

Using a connected headset
1. With the headset mode activated, press the Headset soft key
Answering When in Another Call
1. Press the Answer soft key. The incoming call is answered and the original call is
placed on hold
