Switch from handset to speakerphone
1. During the call press the Speaker key, the key LED will illuminate
2. Replace the handset, the sound is now transferred to speakerphone
3. To go back just lift the handset, the Speaker LED will go out
Placing a call on hold
1. During the call press the Hold soft key
2. To retrieve the call press the Reconnect soft key
Muting a call
1. During the call press the Mute button
2. The Mute button LED will illuminate and the display will indicate the call is on hold
3. To un-mute the call press the Mute button. The LED will go out
Redial
1. Press the Conversation soft key, the call list is displayed
2. Using the navigation keys select the desired number
3. Press the Dial soft key
Transferring calls (internal or external)
You can transfer a call to another party in two ways
1. Blind Transfer - Transfer the call without speaking to the other party
2. Attended transfer - Transfer the call after speaking to the other party

Blind transfer
1. When in a call, press the Consult soft key
2. Enter the number or extension you wish to call
3. When the phone rings, press the Complete Transfer soft key or hang up to
complete the transfer
To cancel the Transfer and return to the original call press the Return to held call soft key

Attended transfer
1. When in a call, press the Consult soft key
2. Enter the number or extension you wish to call
3. Explain the call transfer
4. Press the Transfer soft key to complete the transfer
