What to do if my Unique Air Conditioner only blows air but no cooling or heating?
    • L
      Lauren KnightAug 27, 2025
If your Unique Air Conditioner's fan motor is working, but there is no cooling or heating, it could be due to: 1. The overload safety device on the compressor is cut out due to high temperature. 2. The compressor run capacitor is burnt. 3. The compressor winding is shorted. To address this, switch off the power and try again after one hour. Replace the compressor run capacitor, and replace the compressor if needed.

Why does my Unique WS Air Conditioner only have the indoor fan motor working?
    • B
      Brandon RobertsSep 4, 2025
If only the indoor fan motor works on your Unique Air Conditioner, even when cooling or heating is desired, the cause may be: 1. The selected mode is on Fan Only, or on Cool when heating is desired. 2. The temperature is set to a value that is too high (in Cool mode). 3. A faulty compressor. To solve this, check if the room thermostat is on the desired mode and select the correct mode. Observe the temperature setting on the room thermostat. If the compressor is faulty, replace it.
