Simple Login Settings
The simple login function allows users to log in simply by selecting a user name. Users must be registered in advance to
use this functionality.
Simple Login
Select whether or not simple login is enabled.

Display the screen.
1 Press the [System Menu/Counter] key.
2 Press [ ] and then [User Login/Job Accounting].
3 Press [User Login Setting], [Simple Login Settings] and then [Simple Login].

Press [On] or [Off].
NOTE
• For user registration, refer to Adding a User (Local User List) on page 9-5.
• To use Simple Login, User Login Administration must be enabled in Enabling User Login Administration
on page 9-

NOTE
If the login user name entry screen appears during operations, enter a login user name
and password, and press [Login].
The factory default login user name and login password are set as shown below.
