Numeric Keypad

Keys used for inputting numbers for settings and functions like HI-OK-LO.

0;Standard Key

Keyboard Functions Explained

Tare Key

Press this key to tare off the weight of the load on the platter.

On;Zero Key

Turns the scale on or manually sets the display to zero; holds to control backlight.

Mode;Range Key

Changes weighing units, resolution, and HI-OK-LO range settings.

MR Key

Recalls the accumulated total weight or pieces from memory.

M+ Key

Accumulates the displayed weight or pieces into memory.

Low Limit Key

Sets the LO limit for the HI-OK-LO function.

High Limit Key

Sets the HI limit for the HI-OK-LO function.

Clear Key

Clears previous HI-OK-LO settings: high limit, low limit, standard, and range.

Off Key

Press this key to turn the scale off.

Charge Status Light

Indicates battery charging status (red for charging, green for fully charged).

LED for LO Indicator

Lights up when weight or pcs is lower than the set LO value for HI-OK-LO.

LED for OK Indicator

Lights up when weight or pcs is within the OK value range for HI-OK-LO.

LED for HI Indicator

Lights up when weight or pcs is higher than the set HI value for HI-OK-LO.

Zero Indicator

An arrow indicates a zero weight status on the scale.

Tare Indicator

An arrow indicates TARE function is active, showing NET weight.

Scale Display Indicators and Functions

Low-Battery Indicator

Sign appears when battery is low; scale should be charged immediately.

M+ Indicator

An arrow indicates that the accumulation function is in use.

MR Indicator

An arrow indicates that accumulation data is currently shown on the display.

Weighing Units Indicator

This indicator shows the current weighing unit being employed.

Internal Functions Configuration

Internal Functions Access

Procedure to access internal functions by pressing TARE and ON/ZERO keys.

F0: Auto Zero Tracking Setup

Sets the Auto Zero Tracking range (Zero_X) for automatic zeroing.

F1: Span Value Display

Displays the span value for scale calibration.

F2: Software Version and Display Test

Shows software version and performs a full display test.

F3: Weighing Unit Selection

Displays default units and enables/disables units via MODE key.

F4: Auto Power Off Enable;Disable

Enables or disables the automatic power off function.

F5: RS-232 Interface Settings

Configures RS-232 interface settings like Baud Rate and Parity.

F6: Digital Filter Settings

Enables/disables digital filter to improve stability in noisy environments.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Scale Not Turning On

Check adaptor connection, battery charge, and voltage compatibility.

Scale Turns Off Automatically

Check Auto Power Off function settings.

Inaccurate Weight Reading

Inspect for objects on scale, ensure level placement, and check for interference.

Scale Calibration Procedure

Zero Point Calibration

Calibrates the zero point of the scale with no load on the platter.
