Water softener
Select a programme and start. The water softener must be adjusted manually, using the
water hardness indicator.
• The water softener is designed to eliminate mineral salts contained in the water, which
may affect the correct operation of the appliance.
• The higher the mineral content of your water, the harder it is.
• The softener should be adjusted according to the water hardness in your area.
• Your local water authority can give you information on the hardness of the in your area.
Adjusting salt consumption
• This dishwasher can adjust the amount of salt used according to the hardness of the
water. This helps to optimise and adapt the level of salt consumption.
• Please follow the steps below to adjust the salt consumption:
1. Turn on the appliance.
2. Within 60 seconds of turning on the appliance, press the «Programmes» button for 5
seconds to enter the water softener setting mode.
3. Press the «Programmes» button to select the correct setting
for your local area. The settings adjustment order is as follows:
H1 -> H2 -> H3 -> H4 -> H5 -> H6.
4. Press the power button to exit the setting function.
