Exterior maintenance of the appliance
Door and door seal
Regularly clean the door seals with a soft damp cloth to remove food residue. When loading
the dishwasher, food and drink residue can spill down the sides of the dishwasher door.
These surfaces are outside of the tub and the water from the spray arms does not reach
them. Any residue should be wiped off before closing the door.
Control panel
If necessary, the control panel should only be wiped with a soft damp cloth.
CAUTION
To prevent water from entering the door lock and electrical
components, never use any type of cleaning spray.
Never use abrasive pads or cleaners on the external
surfaces of the appliance, as they may scratch the finish.
Some paper towels can also scratch or leave marks on
the surface.
Interior maintenance of the appliance
Filtration system
The filtration system inside bottom of the tub catches large residue during the wash cycle.
The residue collected can block the filters. Regularly check the condition of the filters and
clean them under running water if necessary. Follow the steps below to clean the filters.
