  If your Vanderbilt lock isn't opening with the code, there are several things to check: * Ensure the correct Group code/PIN has been entered. * Make sure the handle is not pressed down while entering the code. * Verify that the handle isn't sagging. * Confirm the CD30 is fitted exactly vertically. * Check that the lock isn't fitted too tightly to the door, which could jam the handle. * Ensure the red mark on the follower for the lever handle spindle points downwards.
