Removing blockages from brushbar and SpinScrub brushes
Changing the brushbar

Using a pair of
scissors remove
any threads or hair
caught around the
brushbar.

Lie carpet washer
on its back exposing
SpinScrub brushes
and brushbar.

Undo the four screws on the side brushes.

Pull and slide left side brushes and remove side cap from
brushbar.

Firmly pull sides of
SpinScrub cover and
remove SpinScrub
brushes.

Firmly pull sides of
SpinScrub cover and
remove SpinScrub
brushes.

Use a crosshead
screwdriver. Undo
2screws and remove
belt guard.

Remove any threads
or hair caught around
the brushes, rinse
under water to
remove debris.

Using a crosshead screwdriver remove the top
and bottom screws from each of the rug guards
(metalpins) and remove to get access to the
brushbar.

Always unplug the carpet washer before performing any maintenance/troubleshooting checks.
