The key should be removed from the scooter when
parked to prevent theft. The key can be removed in
either the OFF or steering lock position.
A. Steering Lock
Using the steering lock when parked will prevent
unauthorized use and help prevent theft.
To Lock:
1. Turn the handlebar all the way to the left.
2. Turn the key counter-clockwise from the OFF
position.
3. Remove the key.
To Unlock:
1. Install the key and turn clockwise to the OFF
position.
2. Remove the key.
B. OFF
In this position:
• All functions are OFF
• Steering fork lock is not engaged
• Scooter can be moved
C. ON
In this position:
• All functions are ready
• Scooter can be enabled (ready to ride)
• Speedometer display turns ON
• Lights turn ON
