What to do if Veeder-Root TLS-4 Music Mixer fails the Intrinsic Safety Check?

If the Veeder-Root Music Mixer system fails the Intrinsic Safety Check, turn the AC Power circuit breaker at the service panel to the OFF position, disconnect and cap the AC wires in the monitor, and disconnect and cap all probe and sensor field wires in the probe and sensor junction boxes.
