ADJUSTING THE SEARCH COIL
Loosen the knobs at the search coil's end, then adjust the search coil to the
desired angle. (The search coil should be parallel with the ground). Tighten the
knobs just enough to keep the search coil from rotating or wobbling.
INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
You need six AA batteries to power your detector.
Cautions :
•
Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended type.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (standard,
alkaline or rechargeable batteries of different capacities).
1. If the detector is on, turn VOLUME (on the control housing) to OFF. (The
control clicks)
