Display setup
Press the MENU button to call the setup
menu. Under ‘Screen’ you can check on or
off ‘DynScr’. Use the joystick to select
‘DynScr’ and press the joystick to check on or
off the dynamic display mode.
When ‘DynScr’ (dynamic screen) is checked,
the display layout will automatically change
so the best signal resolution will be available,
depending on the shift of the markers and the
x position.
Time base
More or less signal periods will be visible by
modifying the time per division (t/div) (make
the divisions visible with the Display menu).
Press the ‘T-V/div’ button if the joystick func-
tion does not appear in the ‘T-V/div’ mode.
By moving the joystick to the left or right, a
time base of 1 hour up to 0.2µs per division
can be set. When moving the joystick to the
left will decelerate the time base while mov-
ing the stick to the right will accelerate the
time base.
Remarks:
•
Modifying the time base will deactivate
the auto-range.
• The time base cannot be modified in the
Hold mode.
