X/Y position
To call the setup menu, press the MENU
button. Use the joystick to select ‘X-Y Pos’
under ‘Keymode’ and push the joystick (fig
41).
You can move the signal horizontally or verti-
cally over the display by using the joystick.
When holding the joystick in a direction will
accelerate the movement.
A little dot on the left of the display indicates
the direction of the moving signal.
When the signal disappears from the display,
the scope indicates what direction you must
move the Y position to bring the signal back
onto the display (fig 42 to 44).
Remarks:
•
The Y position cannot be shifted in the
‘Hold’ mode.
• In the dynamic display mode, the display
layout will automatically choose the best
readout depending on whether you move
the signal horizontally or vertically.
• A short press on the joystick will centre
the Y position.
