PPS10 Pocket Scope

In the dynamic display mode, the display
layout will select the best readout depending
on the use of the time or voltage markers
(see
display setup page 28)
Some meter readouts are replaced by the
marker readouts.
Depending on some display layouts, not
all of the markers readouts can be dis-
played at the same time.
The markers can be deleted from the dis-
play by calling the setup menu, selecting
‘markers’ and pressing on the joystick.

Probe Setup
For measurements of high voltages (> 100Vp +
DC), adapt the measuring probe to the ‘x10’
setting (fig. 80). The scope readout can be
adapted to the probe setting (x1 of x10).
Press the MENU button to call the setting menu.
Under ‘Screen’ you can check or uncheck
‘Pr.x10’ (fig. 76). To do this, use the joystick
and select Pr.x10’, press the joystick to check
or uncheck the probe setting.
When Probe x10’ is checked, the symbol ‘10’
appears on the display (fig. 77).
Setting up the probe:
When used in the ‘x10’ position, a measuring
probe should always be calibrated to the
measuring instrument being used.
