      If you notice condensation on your windows, indicating the air is too humid, try the following: Operate the Venmar Fan on TURBO or CONT mode until the humidity is reduced. Ensure adequate air circulation by leaving curtains partially open. Store firewood in a closed room with a dehumidifier or in a well-ventilated area, or preferably store it outdoors. Also, make sure that the thermostat of your heating system is not set below 18°C (64°F).

      If the air is too cold at the air supply grille of your Venmar Fan, first check to ensure that the exterior hoods are not blocked. You can also try operating the unit in 20 min/h mode or in RECIRC. mode. Another option is to install a duct heater.

      If the X-Touch main control of your Venmar Fan isn't working, ensure the 30-second boot sequence is completed. Also, check if a 20/40/60-minute push button auxiliary control is in use. Finally, the protection mode (indicated by the snowflake icon) may be overriding the X-Touch operation.

    How to fix E0 error code on Venmar Fan X-Touch wall control?

      If an error code starting with E0 (E01, E02, etc.) appears on the X-Touch wall control screen of your Venmar Fan, make sure that the color-coded wires are connected correctly to their appropriate locations and that the wires are correctly connected. You can also reset the wall control by pressing and holding the % HUM, MODE, and TURBO keys simultaneously for 10 seconds. Note that resetting the wall control will require you to reset your user preferences.

      If the snowflake icon is flashing on the X-Touch wall control screen of your Venmar Fan, the unit is in Protection mode and will exit this mode automatically. However, if this happens frequently, or when the outdoor temperature is above -20°C, contact your installer.
